Asteroids with Marco Bernasconi

Arthur Woods / 01-06-2017

The first in a series of conversations between Arthur Woods and Marco Bernasconi discusses the topic of  Asteroids. Asteroids have played an important role in the evolution of life on Earth in that they may have provided much more water to the Earth's oceans than even comets. Also, various impacts over time have altered the path of evolution. They are very important to space development and the industrialization of space because in addition to water they contain many valuable minerals, metals and other  ores. The Greater.Earth space station has been constructed out of a captured asteroid and the water is being used for radiation protection
